I don't get it

I've looked through many old post and seen (saw idk) many greet helpful users!
Than they got banned. The first one I've noticed was Andy316.
Today I found out Capt. Chaos was WHOSURDADDY. He was helpful before he was banned!
I thought he was just a spammer, all his post today were smart and informative!
I've noticed the people who are banned come back nowhere as helpful (mad I guess.) Some of these people are banned for really stupid reasons!
Why are good users banned but users such as Shaun aren't?. What are the reasons for being banned?

Just random thoughts I guess.

Yep its ridiculous.

I got banned as Andy316 for trying to improve the forum. I kept telling admin not to keep promoting TMs who weren't ready, and he banned me for it. He tried to use the excuse that I was "making unhelpful posts all over the forum" which is just total lies. I'm online 50+ hours a week, and was active on this site because of that, several times an hour. I was almost certainly the most active Moderator, but all of this counts for nothing.

Also a LOT of very good Moderators who cared and tried to improve the site were also banned a while back, or quit, because trying to improve the site was impossible.

Basically if you stay quiet, and dont speak up, and/or kiss admin's backside, then you wont get banned, ever.

If you try to improve the forum, or point out admin's failings, you'll get banned.

Admin threatened me with another ban recently for posting (agaain) supposidely unhelpful comments. I asked him to show me where these comments were, and he has not replied - this was over a week ago, and I know hes read the message.

Just to prove my points, I'll be banned again and this thread will be deleted

I never really got why you were banned. I though all of your posts were helpful.
