It means that somebody gave you a positive vote!

To find out who, and what for, just click on profile underneath your signature, and then click "view details" underneath "reputation" on the next page.

I cant seem to figure this part out, I can look at my profile but I dont see anything about reputation on it, and Id like to know whats been said about me

heya ive checked!! it does work for me anyway lol click on the profile bit under your name then wait until it has loaded and then on the page a block comes up with your contact details and on the ther side it says reputation under that click view details and wait till it loads. DONT CLICK THE PROFILE AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE COS THT DOESNT WORK!!
