I really Enjoyed Ethan Hawke in 'Great Expectations...'

Unread post by BrianKaess »

My name is Brian Kaess, a U.S. Disabled Veteran living in Durango, Mexico. I really enjoyed watching Ethan Hawke in his films, especially Great Expectations, Before Sunrise, & The Lord of War. I didn't even know he played in A Midnight Clear until recently, which I consider a fine film. Ethan Hawke attained that level of erudition in 'Before Sunrise' which many Philosophy majors aspire too but rarely achieve. In this sense he is an inspiration. The same is true of his outstanding performance as a 'breakthrough artist' in Great Expectations. I am happy that he is not Gay, that he stands up for sensitive straights. He does seem very UT Austin, which is a compliment. I admire Ethan Hawke greatly and always seem to learn something when I watch his films. Many modern actors seem superficial, but Ethan Hawke is as clairvoyant as a British Romantic.

Please don't post homophobic things here. It's a good to be a fan of someone, but only for the right reasons.
