Question regarding reposting the missing Feedback

This is what Admin told us. Now I do wonder and I hope it's OK that I opened this topic as there are many regarding the missing posts, but I wondered about the reposting.

How far back can these be? Normally feedback can't be older than 3 months, but with so many posts missing, is it okay to post feedback from say 2009/2010? I am a mostly German collector and there isn't much info on that subject on here so I won't mind reposting my successes for other (German) collectors so that also this 'lesser' group of collectors have their info, but I would like to know from how far back.
