Picture posting help

Hey guys, I haven't posted on here in quite a while, and I'm feeling kind of dumb. Everytime I try to add my picture is says it's too big. Can anyone help me with this, or someplace else I can post them and upload on here. I know this is a simple stupid basic question probably answered a billion times, and I apologize, but thank you in advance.
