I heard that if you sleep with your face facing your pillow, you are more likely to dream of suffocating. I have heard of this before but I don't think I have actually experienced it. It's generally around five minutes after waking before I'll attempt to move anyway! {sleep}

its happend a couple times to me but its been very minor, i had just woke up from sleeping and was unable to open my eyes(litterally) but only for a few seconds.
