A friend had written an add on a penpal site for me, so I would get e-mail penpals. But I also got a lot of mails from people from Ghana and Africa asking for money and my help. I had a lot of those mails. Everytime a diffrent name and mail address. But I found out that They came from the same person. The e-mails were all the same, word by word. After a few weeks I had received some many of those mails, that I just deleted every mail I got from that site. So it would be a beter idea to do it through a site like this, if you know what I mean, we all kind of knw each other, so it would be much safer.

When I was about 12 years old I used to spend all of the free time writing letters to my penpals :D But with most of them I lost contact, still there are 7 people we became great friends :)
Now I do not have enough of time for writing so much so I have penpals only on msn and some via email (only 3 but those are people I can count on anytime).
It's always nice to meet new people.

I did have a German penpal, but I lost touch with her. I think she moved house.

I met her while I was on holiday, I didn't speak any german, and she didn't speak any english so her family had to translate :lol:

But now I can speak German, so if I ever meet her again, it would be ok!
