I have, but luckily I was seriously hurt.
I was on a trampoline, and my ankle landed before the rest of me did and I sprained it. But me being silly, thought 'oh I'll be fine' I went back on and did the same thing to the opposite ankle in a matter of minutes. I couldn't walk, someone had to carry me! I was stuck in bed for a week and a half in pain before I could even try to walk again .. ruined my summer!
Sophieee(; I LOVE Ant & Dec! 73 Days until America! "I can handle this! "Handle" is my middle name. Actually, "handle" is the middle of my first name" -Chandler Bing.
When I was a teenager I used to take part in county singing competitions. My eye sight isn't very good and on stage you have a dirty great spotlight that follows your every move and blinds you! Well this one time, I took a bow, stepped backwards and fell straight down the orchestra pit!!!! It had a cover across it but was still about a metre deep! I didn't hurt myself really bad but it was soooo embarrassing
Years ago I was heading to my car in back of my house and the boy next store was riding a skateboard in the alley that he just got that day for his birthday. He wanted me to try it, and I told him "no thanks", he kept asking and I finally said OK. After all, what could happen? Well, I fell off and broke my foot. I was in a walking cast for about a month.
I've broken almost every bone in my body at some point. nose, chin, arm, elbow, several fingers, foot, ribs, toes. And my surgery but most of the time they weren't my fault. I was vaulted off of a merry go round by my dad when I three. But not really my fault.

also back when i used to play hockey this happened. i had just scored a goal and i went to jump in celebration well i lost my balance and landed right on my back, i got up and was pretty much able to laugh,my teammates bugged me about that for a while but oh well.
there are a couple more stories but i dont wanna go on that much
Thanks for sharing everybody.
It's good I'm not the only clumsy person.
Since a few days I have a 'normal' cast. It's much lighter, and easy to go around with. My arm fits into most of my t-shirts and sweaters again, and my coat.
ok there was a time when i wasn't feeling well and still went to church and was up at the alter since im a eucharistic minister and got dizzy walking to the other side of the alter and I stripped on the step and nearly fell head first into 5 people as the entire church looked on and the priest tried nto to laugh.
another time i was carrying cookies for my grandma and fell down a concrete stair case wearing a dress and heels and sprained both knees and ankles
another time i wanted to show off that i had learned how to do back hand springs and was in the gym where half the foot ball team was hanging out during lunch and i did one and landed on my head
oh and when i was at gymanstics with my cousin my coaches son came in and he was hot so i wanted to show off my beam dismount and told my cousin to spot me which she didn't and i ened up slipping off of it in a weird flip and hit my leg on the beam and when i looked at him i could tell he was trying hard not to look my way and later my coach asked me how i got such a huge dent in my leg which lasted 2 weeks
