I liked the young mum, with five kids who sang Amy Winehouse tonight. I don't thinks she'll win but she was the best tonight.

I agree! I am looking forward to hearing Leon's new album though, just to see what direction he's going to take with his music.

I laughed at the first act - dream something. That man sounded as though someone kicked him in the nuts.
And the other one where the two men wouldn't leave Simon alone. Next week's rehearsals look quite funny. I only watch the auditions because the dreadful people think they can sing.
I think the person from Bridgend (can't spell) stands quite a good chance.

I saw a woman in Iceland yesterday who looked exactly like the singer who kept on saying how much she needed it and looked like a caveman

lmao, was it the same woman?
On Saturday, I thought the woman who fancied Louis Walsh was hilarious! She was such a fugly! Did they put her through? I missed that bit

They did! If I recall correctly it was just the 3 judges at that time (minus Dannii) and they left the deciding vote up to Louis, and since he said yes, she got through (maybe someone said no to her after or something though?).
I found it funny but at the same time I thought it was a bit of a sin when they do things like that. They don't always need to be rude, but I think it's unfair to basically tell them they're good for whatever reason when they really weren't.
Mind you though, I mainly only watch the auditions as it's the most entertaining bit! *lol*

Found her on YouTube and she's from the Isle Of Wight.
At least I found a lookalike

I like the auditions too! People that can't sing fascinate me because I always wonder what they hear through their ears! I mean how on Earth can they think they're brilliant when they sound like lumps of coal stuck under an iron gate?

*lol* I know, don't they record themselves or something first to see? And where are the good friends and parents to tell them the truth?
I know myself sometimes I hear the people sing and, to me, they can hold a tune and everything, but Simon & Co can hear more and are able to say they're off, they don't have a strong voice, etc - but the people who really can't hold a tune. Why, oh why, does no-one tell them so before they make a fool of themselves on TV and get their hopes up, thinking they're going to win the show and be a big star??
