Yeah I do! And I'm excited as all get out!

I have an undying love for music, and I'm a lover of all things acoustic and all live music for that matter. So this opportunity came up for me to cover a live show and I'm more than stoked. I'm covering Tristan's (check the signature) show on September 5th and I can't wait! It's such an amazing opportunity to get to cover any musician's show, but I get to cover the show of my favorite artist and that's even more amazing.

I'm excited to meet her, and I'm not going to ask for her for her autograph or anything because I already have it like 5 times lol, I'm just going to be happy to meet her and talk and what not, so I hope everything goes well!

Just thought I'd share that!

I'm gonna set up posters at the venue a couple hours before the show and after the show I'm passing out stickers and postcards to help promote her. I get in for free and so "covering" is basically like taking care of and helping out the person who's performing.

Nice one, how did you manage to do it?
I'd love to get into a gig for free, and 'look after' the band.

Well, she needed some people to help cover the show and for the past year or more I've talked to her via myspace and through letters a lot. I was actually writing her while she was in Europe recording the album that she's on tour for now. So, when this opportunity came up and she knew I was already planning on coming to this particular show, she asked me if I would be willing to help out, which obviously I was more than willing lol. So that's that and I'm stoked I'll let you all know how it goes.
