Who thinks the new Metallica CD is insane!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's an ok album. It's definitely not their best, but it is probably their best since Load.

I like this one or the Master of Puppets album. I love that song "Battery"

personaly i cant stand mettalica or most newer rock to be honest, the only newer stuff i like is green day and a bit of coldplay, im more into old stuff like ozzy osborne and thin lizzy and ofcourse zepplin when it comes too hard stuff.

Zepplin is still a classic. But Metallica's new CD isn't as "hardcore" as the earlier ones. the new songs have like violins, pianos, and trumpets. It sounds really cool.

I quite like it
I normally go for the softer stuff like Paramore and New Found Glory, or the heavy stuff like Children Of Bodom and Slipknot, but I there aren't many heavy rock bands around that I like.
My favourite song off their album is 'My Apocalypse.' I don't mind 'The Day That Never Comes,' but I really would appreciate it if the music channel stopped playing it at 8.15am near enough every morning.
Now I can't wait till the AC/DC one and their UK tour.

Nothing beats Metallica's classics, though. When they cut their hair, that's when they started rolling downhill. Most of the new cd is great...i mean, the words are great, but the some of the riffs are pointless and messed up. "Cyanide", "Suicide & Redemption", and "The Day That Never Comes" are the songs I like off of it. They really didn't do a good job on the new Unforgiven song, but I like how they did it. ;)
