And well over half were guests and bots, its hardly an achievement, more like "inflated numbers"

As an example, 71 online right now, 14 registered users, 3 hidden and 54 guests. Not that impressive when you see full stats is it?

Fair enough, its still a forum record though..

Anyways Im not so sure about the ACCF one it says "Sep 23 2007, 11:54 PM, a record 151 users were online".. the most i've seen online is around 10 members.

Absolutely right agian Andy, and what percent of the fanmail membership is that. Answer not very high.

personaly i think we should make every user join its that simple. you cant view any of the fourms or adresses unless registered. keep it a free site ofcourse but make everybody register if your not registered then you cant use the site its easy.

That will just take up bandwith and make the site worser then it already is :neutral:

If people joined looked then went we'd be left with even more members doing naff all but taking up cyber space making the site slower and clogged.

I do see a good side to your Idea because I expected celebs emails would not get spammed so much.
