Just thought I would say how Im a sucker for the Panto season and but up till now I hav just limited myself to my local theatre. However being in London I have noticed advertisements for some ones with some great actors I intend to get in person and thought others might find this interesting:

Emma Barton as Snow White at The Marlowe in Canterbury - im doing some work experience for ths one
Joe Pasquale in Peter Pan At the Orchard theatre in Dartford
Steve Guttenberg at The Churchill Theatre in Bromley- always been a fan so am really excited about this one
David Spinx and Ben Nicholas in Jack and the Beanstalk at the Gordon Craig Theatre in Stevenage, Got Ben 2 years ago at Canterbury where he also played Jack in Jack and the Beanstalk.
Also Henry Winkler and the gorgeous Louisa Lytton at Milton Keynes as Captain Hook and Paetr Pan. I really want to get Louisa in person.

I will of course post successes in the 'In Person' forum. Im so excited!!!

I'm meeting Henry Winkler tomorrow at a con so I'll let you know what he's like ip. {thumb2}

I'm hoping to meet Jimmy Osmond at my local panto. That will be the best Xmas present for me! {love}

Ruth Madoc and Sonia are in my local panto this year as the good and bad fairies so fingers crossed I'll get to meet them

Ok, if you get to meet Henry Winkler you're in for a VERY big Christmas treat!!!! I met him twice today and he was my favourite IP in the whole time I've been collecting! I'm going to post the whole story in the IP forum if you're interested {thumb2}

Winkler wasn't too pleasant when I met him two years ago, he did sign but not a great signature. However I wrote to him the next day and he signed two things for me with a lovely message so he is a great guy!

Bromley is my local theatre so Guttenburg for me!

Sounds like you have plenty of decent people to potentially meet. Closest "celeb" for miles around here in the Christmas pantos is freakin Biggins

Sorry to hear that, about your meeting with Mr Winkler, as he was a superb signer, for us lot last year, and at least had the heart, not to turn down any VV requests for his autograph, maybe he was just having a bad day.

I'm not so sure, about Steve Guttenburg, I dont have a very good feeling about him, but I do still like some of his movies, but here's hoping to you, having a great meeting up with him, and to all of us, who write VV {thumb2} {thumb2}
