New York address

Hi, I send a fanmail, but I did not know the full address..or more precisely I did not know the 4 Code after zipcode..I wanted to ask, if USPS will deliver this letter, if there is a name, street, street number, zipcode and city..I do not know, how it works in United States..Will they try to deliver it, if my address in incomplete..And another question..If I used, in different letter, the wrong street address (I used 40, instead of 41), but the name of recipient in this street will be well known, will they deliver it? I know, that Royal mail in Great Britain would deliver it, it happened to me yet, but I do not have much experiences with USPS..Thank you for your answers..

Yeah I was going to say that in the UK if you don't have a full address it will still get delivered. I'm not too sure about the USA though. If you type in the address in google you may be able to find the complete zip code though, I've tried that before and it's worked for me

I have already send my letter, so I will hope, that they will deliver it..Thank you for your answer..Next time I will try Google..

Your letter will get delivered. The four digits after the zip code are only for post office use. It just tells them where the house is within the zip code.
