I am yet to read the books/see the film but I do plan to soon. I am going to read the books first because I enjoy the excitement of books way more than films, and then I'll watch the film to see how they compare. I already know the story of it though because everyone's already spoiled it.

I enjoyed the movie, even though there were some really huge screw ups in the making of it.... ut it was good.
The books.... amazing. Loved every page of them. They're so much better.
I hope they put a little more effort into the movie for New Moon.....

I vote for the books, definitely! The movie is amazing, but the books are...just perfect, especially Eclipse, my most favourite one {love} (I haven't read Breaking Dawn yet, waiting for the Czech version ).
