Hi HDF
You can try via venue (e.g. at a concert). It is often a good way to get an autograph from difficult signers. Your best bet is to send your request to arrive a couple of days before she does!

hey im called paige and i live in the u.k.
i really like hilary i think shes amazing and i wanted to no dat if i sent her a letter thing would she send me 1 bk .
i no another person has asked but i just wanted to no if she got her autograph thing yet i ave a singed poster lol by hilary duff
