Boring, OR
I watched The Wheel of Fortune on April 1, 2009. And there was a lady there from Boring, OR.....and Pat asked her how come the city was named Boring....and she replied she didn't know. Well I looked it uo on Wikopedia, and it is from a man nameed W. H. Boring......and it is a mining town......I forgot everything I read there, but if you go to http://www.ask.com and input Boring, OR......then enter, and click on the link that says Wikopedia, that will tell you about Boring, OR......thanks Michele.

Re: Boring, OR
I live in Orange, MA. I know there's more than one Orange in the US, but I find it odd that anyone would name their town Orange.
It's named after Prince Orange. I forget where he's from, but I also think the orange fruit is named after him. He discovered Orange, though.
