Help with changing signature!!!

Okay, this is sooo weird!
Everytime I want to change my siggy it says: 'You are not authorised to define a signature.'
What does that mean??? I've changed my siggy many times before.
Please help!! Thanks!

Yes it's the same for everyone at the moment
This has happened a few times before so it should only be temporary

Person, siggys should be back soon but I have no idea what does this mean...We were told the same 2 weeks ago and for most of us nothing has changed since then.
