Hiya,
Well, Miley Cyrus Replies, but she takes ages and you get two unsigned pics back. Vanessa Hudgens replies, but haven't seen a recent success. Selena Gomez sends back PP'S(Unless you send a photo for her to sign VV) and Demi used to be a good replier, but I do not know if she is now. Thats All I know, sorry.

Sadly, the Selena VV address is no longer vaild(the address became un-vaild in June 2009).
