Hey Superdude415
First you have to PM admin and ask him if you can become a TM.
He will then reply with his desision and if he agress you will become a TM 
To be a good TM, you have to be helpful on the site, be a active and popular member and avoid getting into arguments 
Before you apply to become a TM I would advise you to help out a bit more on the site and become more active {thumb2}

You have only been on this site two weeks and have a hand full of posts, few that are contructive. Why do you think you deserve it?
Admin admits anyone who requests...
It's sick and I don't want any part of it. Unqualified TM's and Mod's are making this site a joke. pfff... We are going to lose a lot of quality member's if this continues...

well, im trying to be a trainee, (but i dought i will right now) and i have been denied, i didnt try again till 200 posts later, and when i tried yellows team he said i needed 100 posts, and even then the outcome was

I guess it's only ok for Mods to speak up on their disappointment with FM.
Whatever delete the post again.
I thought it was about knowledge and not posting #'s

I deleted your last post, because it was irrelevant. It had nothing to do with this topic! If you would like to speak your displeasure with certain aspects of FM, then go right ahead. Next time post it in a relevant topic, or create a new topic!

1name1legend, back so soon? You defended in a seperate topic that the forums need to be cleaned up. I chose to help clean up the forums by deleting your post because it was completly irrelevant. This was done to keep the topic flowing smoothly, without straying off-track. Apparently you don't handle constructive criticism well. Sorry. If you have a problem, take it up with admin. Thanks! It was a simple question, why do you think you deserve to be a TM? You should be able to think of a few reasons... Also, please don't use that language, let this be your first and last warning.
anyway i know a TM who has got less posts than me and has only been here 2 weeks also..
This proves my point, admin accepts TM's with no experience. So, if you would like to be a TM, PM him, I'm sure your more than qualified.
