I don't think you should send to them again just yet. I sent to Robert in February and haven't given up hope yet because I saw a success a few days ago from someone who sent to him in January and only just got a success. So he is getting through his mail it's just taking a little while.

So yeah I just think it's taking them a while because of how busy they are. Of course it's up to you though!
