Unreliable Admins

I don’t know why it’s so impossible to get a hold of the admins in this place. I had to make a new account because I can’t get into my original account and when I go to where it said admin help or whatever, it said that you can’t contact anyone because the contact section has been disabled! FIX THIS BS. I need to be able to get back into my original account and how the HELL am I supposed to do that when the admins in this site are useless?
