Hi,
I was curious about something. Overhere in the Netherlands they don't sell IRC's. So I'm having a big problem right now. I have placed a swap request on the wanted section ( trade dutch stamps for USA stamps ) but so far no luck.
So I was curious, am I the only Duch collector here? If not, I would like to know how other Dutch members get IRC's or USA stamps.
