I live in the netherlands and even to here it is free.

SFM is free everywhere 
However, it does vary in the time it takes to be sent out. SFM to the US seems to arrive more quickly than elsewhere.
In fact most of Europe will receive their SFM from Germany (which seems to take longer - sometimes 3 or 4 months).
