If you are talking about the icons on the left side next to the forum titles and you might be seeing N/A.
I have just gone to Fanmail.biz and where you click for a letter you might see just a blank box on the upper right that continues into two lines just click where you can. then just click on the feedback option.

Hi challe,
I think Admin is doing some pretty major forum work behind the scenes at the moment, so you might occasionally see pictures etc disappear for a short time.
I noticed this earlier as well
