IN NOVEMBER OF 2009 ABC ANNOUNCED THAT THEY WILL BE RE-AIRING THE EPISODES OF THE MIGHTY MORPHIN POWER RANGERS (SEASONS 1-3) AND I WAS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO EXCITED! THEY ALSO STATED THAT THERE WILL BE ANOTHER TOY LINE IN THE YEAR 2010 (RIGHT NOW...LOL) SO I KNOW IM 22 YEARS OLD BUT I GREW UP WITH THIS SHOW AND I STILL LOVE IT! I ALSO STILL LOVE FULL HOUSE I BOUGHT THESE @ WALMART..EACH FIGURINE WAS $6 AND THE MEGAZORD WAS $25....SO I DONT CARE WHAT YA'LL THINK BUT I WANTED TO SHOW YOU GUYS PART OF THE NEW 2010 POWER RANGERS TOY LINE.. PICTURE BELOW! GO GO POWER RANGERS!

Nostalgia!

I actually watched most of the last season (RPM).. a shame Power Rangers had to end, but at least it went out on a high note.

I tried but could not watch RPM is was just bad.

i actually only watched the following seasons:

MMPR (seasons 1-3)
ZEO
TURBO
IN SPACE

after that i was like ewwwwwww...lol

i LOVE the old seasons...

Well, I liked it.. though maybe it was because the 2-3 seasons that preceded it were pretty bad. Looking back, it really seemed like RPM took some elements from Transformers and Battlestar Galatica.

o ok....see back then there werent alot of shows like mighty morphin power rangers so there was a BROAD of things they could do...now days everything is a COPY CAT...lol.

There were some similar shows weren't there? I recall Superhuman Samurai Cybersquad and VR troopers being other Sentai shows that were bought over to the US.

Power Rangers is a long-running American entertainment and merchandising franchise built around a live action children's television series featuring teams of costumed heroes. First produced by Saban Entertainment and later by BVS Entertainment, the series took its initial premise and much of its footage from the Japanese tokusatsu Super Sentai Series.

Rather than making an English dub or translation of the Japanese footage, Power Rangers programs consist of scenes featuring English-speaking actors (either from the United States, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand) spliced with scenes featuring either Japanese actors dubbed into English or the action scenes from the Super Sentai Series featuring the Rangers fighting monsters or the giant robot (Zord and Megazord) battles with English dubbing. In some series, original fight scenes are filmed to incorporate characters or items unique to the Power Rangers production. Like many of Saban Entertainment's previous ventures in localizing Japanese television for a Western audience, the plot, character names, and other names usually differ greatly from the source footage.

VR troopers after mmpr...only lasted 2 seasons...but still...

but yea i do remember MMPR being bought over here...but it was bigger here than over there in japan..

...what does the UK have to do with anything?
