Some Bad Luck

I love to collect Historical Autographs,
I only started collecting about 6 months ago.
Anyway, i sent an autograph request to WWI Vet, John Babcock on the 15th of Feb
Sadly i found out today that John passed away on the 18th of Feb, and i only found out today because it just wasn't reported in the UK, well not that i know of.
So just thought i would share my bad luck with you! I feel somewhat bad that an autograph request may reach his relatives after he has passed away. I hope i don't cause any disrespect.
And finally, RIP to a Wonderful Inspirational Man
