Lindsay Lohan sues E-Trade for $100 million

when you have four amzing movies hit theaters and it sells tons of tickets...and then 2 or 3 years pass and you start to have TV MOVIES That air on tv and not in the theaters she has to make $$$ Somehow...and that commercial did direct bad energy towards her for her drinking didnt it? they could of used any name like brandon or michelle? lol

I think what's silly about this lawsuit is that it obviously isn't directly towards Lohan. Lindsay is a very common name, and Lohan certainly isn't famous enough to be known by it mononymously. That, and $100 million is really overshooting it.

I don't think anyone involved with making that commercial could have foreseen Lohan suing them.

true...put it this way: if there was a drug commercial thats like them saying: "....i would never wanna be like Britney..." as in Britney Spears....so its kinda like that....but 100 million dollars? WOW lol

I agree. Since when has the name Lindsay meant Lohan and only Lohan?

It's not like it was an advert about family therapy or something and the guy going was called Tiger.

It's amazing how much lower these low people can go.
