German collector

In the last months, I have tried to find collector fellows around the the world, who want to exchange originally signed photos from well-known personalities from Germany and other European countries.

But it seems, that this is impossible for an German collector.

I can't believe , that only the missing of the signed pictures on www-side is the reason for this silence. As I have only listed my autographed photos in all categories on paper lists, it would be very easy, to send this lists to interested collectors.

I have hoped, that there is no problem, to send a originally signed photo from german sportstars like Franz Beckenbauer, Boris Becker, Rosi Mittermaier and Maria Riesch to a collector in USA oder England and to receive for this autograph a signed photo from an US- or an English sportsmen.

Furthermore I have thought, that it would be possible to exchange a signed photo from Chancellor Merkel or Kohl or Schröder and from the French President Sarkozy against a political photo from a collector in other States.

Why is it no possible to find these collector friends in the whole world.

Sometimes, I got an answer, for example from Australia, that it is not possible. But my next question is for myself: Why?

Why is it not possible, to exchange an signed photo from the German Olympic Champion like Franzsika von Almsick against a signed photo from Michael Phelps or from Ian Thorpe?

Must I give up my dream to find these collector friends?

Thanks
