Can anyone ID this person? She looks familiar to me but I can't place her. Is she a model? An actress?

that woman is Uma Thurman, she played Poison Ivy in Batman and Robin.

She's way too short and young looking to be Uma. Uma is 40 now. A good looking 40, I'll grant you, but she doesnt look like that!

It is not Uma, she does not have girly looking face and is a couple of years older.
It looks more like Mena Suvari, as was suggested, but it can be anybody, really.. without any other information it is hard to guess.
