I just realized that like we admire celebs so much and we practicly worship them. When really they are just like us. I mean they are just ppl but they were in movies. But like yet we still act like they are the king or Queens. Its not that I have anything against like writing to them and I dont think this is a wierd thing to do waiting for a reply from them but I just realized that and just thought it was a little wierd. Dont u ??

I am not really sure what to say to that statement. I can say I dont worship them nor do I act like it. I write these people because I like their movies or songs or whatever. I like the hobby. Other then getting bills in the mail all the time I like the fact that at times I get something that is interesting. Something I can hand down to my children and they can do the same if they wish. Are people weird if they go to baseball games all the time? Are people weird when they follow the games of their home town teams hoping they get to thesuperbowl or the world series. They are not obsessing as you might call it. It gives them something away from the daily stresses of life to have some fun that gives them joy. Its all in fun. I cant speak for anybody else. But I dont call this hobby obsessing I call it FUN!!!

ozzman u seriosly have to calm down. Not talking about u. I'm not calling anyone wierd. just saying that some ppl to worship the celebs and like I'm saying that at the end they are just ppl. My God I understand u didnt have to bring ur children into this. Not calling anyone wierd there. Its not like I'm pointing fingers at anyone. I'm happy u have a hobby that u like. I write as well to celebs. U need to take deep breathes.

By the way being wierd isnt a bad thing sometimes.
I'm not saying that ppl are wierd if they watch Baseball games thats besides the point. I'm talking about ppl that actually obsess over a celeb.

I don't think ozzman was freaking out. I think he was just stating his opinion on the matter.

BTW I agree with ozzman completely. I write to them because I like their acting, and because it's nice to get something fun in the mail.

i agree with both ozzman and dark_raider because both points make sence like what dark_raider said i kind of agree with because they r just normal ppl in movies but ozzman made a good point about us liking the movies and thats alright.

In no way was I freaking out. I was stating why I wrote my letters. In a way though you put us in the catagory with people who write letters who actually do worship the celeb or stalk them whatever the case may be. Thats why I stated the point with the baseball football games. In my opinion it was just an odd statement that at first I wasnt sure how to answer. So if it seemed I was freaking out Im sorry. Didnt mean to offend you. I just wanted to respond with why I write the letters. And with bringing my kids into the matter. I dont have kids yet. I meant that one of the reasons i write them is to pass these down to my kids later in my life. so I hope everything is as cool as a fan now. Sorry had to put my corny joke in there.
