According to the law your supposed too. Why? Did you see crime commited?? It also depends on the situation too, what kind of crime was it? a Murder? Theft? Vadalism? ect.? Need more details before I can give a full opinion.

yeah thats the law but not many peple turn them in.

I have seen a lot of crimes, turned none in! Haha none were serious enough,and the few that were violent, involved friends or friends of friends.
