HOW DO YOU GET A PROFILE PICTURE

I can not figure out how to getta profile picture. Anyone know how to.
I guess you mean avatar with saying profile picture?
Go to User Control Panel (top right corner), on the left side you click on Profile and then click on the Edit avatar. There you can upload your photo.
