Disney Sing It Party Hits

I know this may seem like a strange question but does anyone on here who lives in the UK have Disney Sing It Party Hits for the PS3. The thing is I saw in an American magazine that with the PS3 you got a free download of Hannah Montana no ordinary girl for the game but the store isnt working on my playstation and i wondered if it was a fault or if it wasnt working for everyone?
