Too Early???

Unread post by gottahaveautos »

I have a few MLB players on the list to send out soon. I know its not baseball season just yet, but is it too early to mail the items to the stadium or even to Spring Training? I hate to send it out and get lost or tossed out because of the time gap. Thanks in advance!

I think that if you are sending to spring training, you should probably wait at least until pitchers and catchers report. Just my opinion. I will not be sending any more requests until after the first of the year.
I have been asked many times about trading / selling some of my autographs. I am sorry but my collection is not and will not be for sale.

Remember, it's just my opinion. Others may think otherwise.

I'd second that opinion. It's not like the requests would actually reach the players any faster if you send it now anyways.

I agree its too early, but dont wait untill spring training starts, try to time it so your mail will get there a few days before ST starts. Ive found the earlier in spring training you get it there the better

Sweet! So you suggest sending it at the end of January?

it looks like the pitchers and catchers are reporting between Feb 14-17, so I'll probably be sending the week before
