Making a photo book. I know you can make them on websites like walgreens.com and shutterfly.com but I'd like a program with a little more freedom. What I would like to do is make a book of all my scanned autographs.

why dont you just buy a binder (decorate it with billions of stickers), buy some plastic sheets, and do it that way? do u know how much ink that will waste? lol
