I know this is prob a stupid question but can someone explain to me what Reputation is. I just noticed on the left side there is a up and down. What does all that mean.

This is the wrong place for this, but that's okay.

It's not a stupid question at all. If someone thinks you've been helpful to them, they will give you a thumbs up and that will give you a higher reputation. If someone thinks you've been disrespectful, or something like that they can give you a thumbs down and it will lower your reputation.

If you want to find out who gave you a thumbs up or a thumbs down, just click on profile at the bottom of your post, and click on your rep number.
