What is your idea of the website..? What would you like it to be like?
.....
If you just want to upload your pictures somewhere, you can try
http://imageshack.us
or
http://photobucket.com.
If you want to establish your own website, many members here use
http://www.webs.com.
Or you can have a blog at f.e.
http://www.blogspot.com.
All is free and not so difficult.
There are many possibilities, you just must know what you want.
Feel free to ask if you need more help.

My guess is you must resize your photos to smaller pics otherwise it will take forever.

Look with this little information it is hard to get any further.. try asking a friend or someone who is there with you.
