there should be a group of users who crack down on those who feel the need to crush other people's successes by posting the authenticity when not solicited.
Members of the group would mostly be people who are fed up with the rude act being committed by most users and want to put a stop to it, and as members they would be allowed to:
1. Cite users who post the authenticity of a photo when not solicited.
2. Issue a warning to said user.
3. Block user if said user repeats the act.
It is a viscious and insulting habit of most users and I for one would like it to be stopped.

I dissagree. Users who comment on authenticity almost always say beforehand "do you accept comments on authenticity?" and if people have a problem with that they can say "no thankyou" or post in their sig or post "please do not post comments about authenticity". And besides, most people want to hear if their auto is real or not.
Obviously I agree with you on people who post rudely, or or say anything offensive to the poster, but if you comment on authenticity after asking someone nicely, there is no problem with that.
It's the same argument as on a SFM thread about Selena (Gomez's) SFM address. Someone was saying how happy they were to receive an authentic, then someone said (pretty much what you were saying here) "They didn't ask for authenticity, don't ruin it for them". Then some users replied saying (basically) we live in the real world, and people deserve to know authenticity, so don't pretend it's real unless they have asked for no comments on authentcity.
SO, just to conclude, if they don't say "no comments on authenticity" then what's the problem with giving it?
LOL I did not mean to write this much

There doesn't need to be a new group of people to do that regardless, that job belongs to the moderators. If regular users see a problem, then they can always report it - every post has a button for that purpose. The problem here is just that we don't have much of a moderation team.. a lot of problems with this forum can be traced back to poor administration.
