Dying wish

Hi,
My name is Mark Clark and I am 55 years old and I was diagnosed with Lung Cancer (yes I was a smoker) back in May of this year. Since then I have taken great solace in watching Food shows. Bobby is a hero to me. He has brought me great comfort and pleasure without even knowing it.
Plus a lot of your other Chefs show. Gosh I can’t think of them all but Robert Irvine, Claire and her 5 ingredient program etc.
I was hoping to say hello to him either via telephone, Skype or in person. They only gave me about 6 months to live and I have already started to decline. If I don’t hear anything back in time would you please ask him to do a show that uses Provel Cheese (only found in St. Louis)
If you can help in any way I would appreciate it. I can afford a contribution to one of his charity or whatever you think.
