I'm confused. I visited where the link took me but I do not read that language. I also cannot figure out how clicking like on that page would help you be able to meet Ozzy.

This is site of one of the promoter of the concert (unfortunately in Polish) and there is a competition. I had to answer the question under the photo (second link) and if I will have the most "Like it" I win Meet & Greet with Ozzy and ticket for the concert
