Well here we are again; year is almost over, so here is my 2011 Autograph successes report.

I’ve included my complete list of TTM (Through-The-Mail) successes along with several of my In-person successes & ones I either purchased or received from friends.

Received one RTS (3 doors down) and Three rejection notices, but I ended up rewriting at a later time or to new addresses and got successes from them all except the ‘how to succeed in business…’ playbill request as they specifically stated they would not send any out.

Congrats... Thats alot of letters you wrote lol I am curious how many letters you sent in 2011 to get the 246 autographs back ? I know i sent out probably 50 to 60 letters in 2011 and i got back about 35 autographs which i was pretty happy with because i mostly send VV. I dont think i could write as many letters as you do i would get burned out but i did notice alot of your successes came from the same venues like signed playbills and things so i guess that changes the sent letter to received autograph ratio a bit.

Thanks for all the comments! 2011 was a pretty awsome year! I'd have to go back and add up all the letters I wrote just this year, I send out quite a bit and all handwritten too, so after a while my hand & arm really starts feeling the effect of writers cramp by the end of the year. You are correct in saying a lot of them have come from the Broadway Playbills as I count each name on those as a success and not just the A-list stars like some do. in my book every signature I get, whether super famous or up and coming star is a success to me.

I was quite happy with my RTS/Rejection list being so small again this year, I always dislike having to add names to that section. just goes to prove that research beforehand and confirming addresses with agencies or people who work closely with the celeb greatly reduces the chances of writing to invalid or incorrect addresses.
