self addressed stamped envelope
A SASE is a Self Address Stamped Envelope, which means that you put an envelope inside the one you’re sending, with your mailing address written on it and with postage added. The celebrity will use this envelope to mail you an autographed photo back. Sending an envelope to a celebrity (from another country than yours) with stamps from your own country would be no good - that’s why you should add stamps from the celebrity’s country (where their mailing address is based).

i usually send:
1 envelope with my adress inside
Some photos / covers,,,
The Post = in Spain i use UPU = union postale universale. You can buy in the post office
I put 2 upu.
1 letter.

Can we use Prepaid envelopes ? Or we need UPU and Enveloppes with my name/adress.... ?

i only use in every envelope 2 upu = union postale universale. coupon.
for envelope 15x 20 cm.
I'm from spain, and you ? Do you need more help ?

And how do you know how many Upu you have to send ? is it depends of the envelope size?

really do not know, I advised him to post.
No one can calculate the equivalent of U.S. stamp with Spanish think.
I always shipping on 15x20 and 2 upu and it works so well.
shipping and 13x18 photos inside.
I guess if someone were to characterize send 1 book would send many more upus but not how many.
1 post send me anytime if you need more things I hope I've helped.
