Do celebs provide their own photo if we're just sending LOR??
which celebs answers fan mail without enclosing SAE/SASE??

Some do. Most of them probably have head shots of them in offices of their agents. You will have to request on if you decide not to send a photo.

oh yeah like their portfolio photos right?
i think that makes it more official to me
i don't mind too much about authenticity sometimes

Most do, however if you want them to sign a certain photo, print it and then send the printed photo. Be careful with sending without postage because some celebs have the ones without postage tossed in the trash. So I think you should be respectful and provide a SASE.
