Cute Japanese Letter sets?

Anyone know where I can get cute Japanese letter sets for really cheap along with 9 times 12 color envelops? Thanks guys!
I usually find them in specialty stores, like where they sell mangas, comic books and Anime things.
They're sometimes a little steep there. Ocassionally you could find them at dollar stores (not chain like 99cent stores) , and very rarely at thrift stores.
