I wonder for a return envelope of a celebrity from the U.S. to get your autograph how do I put forever stamp? 2 or 3? knowing that inside the envelope there will see a photo two.

It depends on the weight and size of the letter. If you give me those two measurements I can calculate how many stamps you will need.

I'm from Bosnia and Herzegovina and I put 3 forever stamps.
I have found on one page that from U.S. to Europe you need $1.05 .. if the envelope is up to 20 g.
Forever stamps are $0.45 each ..
