how do u get pictures as your signature??

I'm not sure except for the go into "Profile", but I can tell you that I'm pretty sure your avatar must be too big :?. I'll leave the helping on this one to someone who is more experienced than me :).

Hi :)

I uploaded my photo onto http://www.photobucket.com and then copied the IMG tag into my signature, and it worked (you can see my banner there now).
