I'm french, sorry for my bad english.
In fact, I am a collector of autographs, but the problem is that I am unable to purchase american stamps from France. And therefore I can not overcome my return envelope.
I am looking for someone who could help me in this task. I wish I could arrange with someone, I will send you the money and you will send U.S. stamps in France, with a margin for the time it would take.
