Pele? is he still signing?

I sent Pele a letter,return envelope, pictures, $3, and some stamps to help get back in US( idk the lady at the post office said to get them) in mid to late July to his address in database.... I still haven't received anything . Some people send in August and later and received either an autograph or a note saying he doesn't sign.... I'm really frustrated:( what's the deal!?
