Idea uses a Guillotin Sketch - Can't find the draw of it

Want to use the idea , and not finding the draw of it on my web searches.
Sketch is guilhotin related and I have it my Taschen 19 year old book .
It's just an ( In my opinion ) unpretentious graphite sketch by Giger , as usual dark . But , the simplicity of it , makes our guard down to appreciate suck kinky humour
And in my words the draws says :
- The old bitter woman living in the first floor - " Who's ringing to my apartment ? Will open my street window and stick my neck look down and check it out
- The old bitter woman living in the first floor- " Who is that deliver plate carrying boy ringing my bell.."
- Narrator - " The old bitter women didn't knew . How much the 2nd floor man hated her , and how far he would get to get it done the way he wanted to. A guilhotin job was his plan. And he draw it has he imagened it ".
I would like to get that draw and use it to poste it , and comment it , and leave it to who read/saw it!!
